Position Description

A sales agent for Falcon’s Creative Group is an independent contractor with a proven track record of gaining new customers and mining for business opportunities. Training will be provided to give agents the confidence to speak intelligently about Falcon’s brand, services and offerings, which include but aren’t limited to, master planning, attraction and theme park design, media production, VR and AR content development, and attraction systems. Previous experience in any of these areas is helpful, but candidates must at least have a solid working knowledge of the themed entertainment industry or have a background in theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, or water parks.

By leveraging their existing contacts and making new connections with potential clients around the world, the agent will serve a valuable role, helping Falcon’s establish new business and gain international customers. Sales agents will not negotiate contracts or rates. Their main goal is to bring leads to Falcon’s.

A successful sales agent is a self-motivated, outgoing individual who is comfortable working with little direction. They will be expected to follow through on leads, think creatively, and use their superior communication skills to seek new relationships and build on existing ones. They should excel in a 100% commission-based role where they set their own hours and agenda. Paid commissions are dependent on the type of product or service sold, and it is uncapped.

Sales agents must be willing to travel at their own expense to meet with clients and represent Falcon’s at trade shows. The agent can be based anywhere in the world. We actively target almost every market on the planet.
